First Look View Golden Mile Branch on Palm Jumeirah
This is a much needed gym for the Palm Jumeirah community. However, its not a very good gym.
The Good: The gym has a fair number of powered machines, decent changing rooms and showers.
The Bad: Free Weight area is too small, lacks a lot of the equipment that other fitness first gyms have, no swimming pool (still have to pay platinum price). Too focused on getting patrons on a personal training program.
The Ugly: leaking AC's a constant problem, needs to stop allowing group training sessions to be conducted outside a classroom. The group usually "reserves" open areas and cardio machines.
Overall, needs improvement but at least the palm has a gym - Parth Patel
